The digitalization of the spot UV finishing allows you to take a few sheets from each job and spot UV coat it, producing sellable proofs so your customers can see, touch and feel effect that their jobs could have.

Through a revolutionary digital process, iFOIL S eliminates the need for films and dies, allowing you to produce hot foil stamping and embossing jobs from one to thousands of sheets with high profitability and ease of use. From magazine covers, books, brochures, labels to invitations and packaging, customers are able to achieve spectacular and unique effects within a 100% digital process:

Exploiting both visual and tactile excitement that the JETVARNISH 3DS and iFOIL S brings, not only will you be able to finally bring Hot Foil Stamping in house, with virtually no set up and high speeds, you will also have the capability to offer a new personalisation finishing. Easy to use, iFOIL S works in-line with the JETVARNISH 3DS digital spot UV coater. A software suite allows you to easily modify layouts, with sizes ranging from A4 format to 36.4 x 102 cm and on paper substrates ranging from 135 to 450 microns. It is possible to make hot stamping with iFOIL S from printing done on both offset and digital presses.
